We have limited space available for new patients.
We will be closed on Saturday 24th January 2026 and will re-open on Tuesday 27th January at 8.30am.
Ramp access at the rear of the building. No patient parking out the back. One disabled parking spot only available.

New patients please fill out the “New Patient Information Form” found below, prior to visiting.
Waratah General Practice participates in the GP Access after-hours service.

An onsite Pathology collection service is available
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
